I am so excited, Buxout Version 2 came out today.

If you are looking for innovation in PTC. A system where you can actually buy and keep your referrals not rent and repay for them, but you can also replace them if they stop clicking.

Buxout is it.

They have an all new design.

It is late so I will write about new features later but here is the new design.

Does 1dollarptc.com pay or is it a scam?

October 22nd, 2008 by Mojo | No Comments | Filed in Making Money Online

The answer to the the questions of whether 1 dollar ptc pays or is it a scam is: Yes and yes.

1dollarptc.com is a website that for all appearances pays $1 for viewing advertisements for 30 sec. Most PTC websites pay between 0.005 and 0.0125 US dollars.

So I know you are thinking either “wow” or “thats impossible”.

There is a statement on their website:

Account earnings are not actual earnings, they are simply a basis to decide what you’ve earned, depending upon what the site makes. Once a payout request is made, it will be recalculated based on the current value of a dollar at the time of that payout.

Basically a dollar is not worth a dollar. But I still had hope.

I mean I cashed out $5000 1dollarptc dollars. I am thinking maybe my payment will be at least $50 - $100.

Nope,

$5000 1dollarptc dollars = $1 american dollar

So glad I invested so much in getting referrals for this scam site.

So do they pay? Yes

Is it worth your time? No

Please let me know what you think.

What is a Pay to Click ( PTC ) program?

September 5th, 2008 by Mojo | No Comments | Filed in Making Money Online, Site Recommendations

I often get asked, what are these programs you have me signing up for? How does it benefit me? How do I earn money with them?

Pay to Click programs are programs that pay you usually between $ 0.005 to $0.0135 for clicking a link and viewing an advertisers website for 30 sec.

Each Pay to Click websites has its subtleties but for the most part they follow this pattern.

Membership

When you first sign up for a pay to click program, you begin as a standard member. Standard members are paid the lowest amount per click usually only half a cent. You also are limited to the number of ads you can view (somewhere between 6-8). It is hard to make any good earnings this way.

The PTC site will offer a better membership packages (generally called gold members).

Gold members are served more links to click daily and they earn between 1 cent and 1.5 cents a click.

Referrals

The next part of this game is building referrals. There are always two types of referrals in every PTC but some bunch their earnings together and other separate the two.

Direct referrals are referral that you know such as friends or family, or folks you get to sign up using your referral banners and links. This is often done by blogging about programs or using forum signature links.

Buying referrals (or now renting referrals) is another way to gain an army of clickers underneath you. The idea here is that a number of people sign up for the program unreferred by anyone and so when you purchase a referral pack, the PTC program assigns these referral to you as if you referred them.

Generally, the membership rules apply to referrals also. Less money per click for standard and more money per click for golden memberships.

Getting Paid

All PTCs require some sort of minimum before you cashout. This could be anywhere from $2.00 to $20.00.

Depending on the program this can be an instant process or a 3 month process. It is wise to investigate the forums of the programs to see if there is any payment complaints.

Paypal usually does not support PTC programs so you will need an Alertpay account.

Scams

PTC has a bad reputation of being a scam industry. I website can easily be set up, have fake advertiser websites on our viewing page, begin to collect money and then disappear.

PTC sites also run out of money. They may have good intentions but they end up having to put up their own advertisements to provide links for people to click and never get the advertiser base they need to support the programs. In this case, the PTC become a ponzi in that they are paying what they owe out of the membership upgrades and not advertising revenue.

That being said there are some good , legitimate PTCs out there. And if you are lucky enough to find one. Stick with it. It’s extra cash.

PTC versus Adsense

July 31st, 2008 by Mojo | No Comments | Filed in Ramblings

If I think about the amount of time I have spent trying to make money using Adsense on my websites, it makes me sick.

There are much easier ways to make money online.

One avenue that is booming in popularity are PTC (or Bux) programs.

If you really think about it, Adsense (PPC) and Bux sites (PTC) are the same model. Someone clicks an ad and the owner gets a margin and you get a small percentage.

I am the first to tell you. Most of them are either scams or run by people with little or no knowledge of programming or running a business.

I have been paid regularly by two , Bux.to and Neobux

But that’s not the point of this article.

I have been working with Adsense for almost 3 years now. I even have some high keyword paying sites. But people have become so ad blind that they no longer click this disgusting looking ads.

In PTC programs, people click the ads. Thats the difference.

Yes you get paid a lot less per click but once you have built up your clicking referrals. The earnings can be substantial.

At the time of this post I make about 5 dollars a day with Adsense over 5 sites while spending hours link building and posting comments. I make 14 dollars a day at Noebux for spending 15 minutes of my time a day.

You really have to try it.

What to do if you can’t rent referrals?

July 30th, 2008 by Mojo | No Comments | Filed in Neo Bux FAQ, Open Source

Neobux has a great , inexpensive referral renting program. It is truly innovative in the PTC world.

Many people complain when the referral rentals run out, but they shouldn’t as there are many many opportunites to increase your profits per day.

I was recently looking at my rented referrals list. Barely 60% had clicked in the last two days. I have over 600 referrals so if I think about that, it leaves about 200 referrals that I could recycle .

By recycling , I have the opportunity to replace the referrals that aren’t clicking. So instead of trying to get that new 100 pack of rented refferals I would get 200 clicking referrals.

There is also the jackpot. Sure it cost a lot more than 20 dollars to get 100 referrals but it is a lot easier to get referrals this way.

I personally got 300 referrals this way today.

If you want to know my strategy just sign up under me as a referral and post here I will tell you.

The jackpot money can come from either AlertPay or your main balance. Just start clicking the squares and it will deduct from your balance.
