I remember years ago there was a search engine called IWon that allowed people to search the internet or participte in their community and you would be rewarded a chance to win a million dollars.

I checked the site out the other day and it now seems to be some type of gaming site.

So I set out to find out if I could really make some money surfing the internet.

I saw several sites that make this claim but I often get turned off by hyphenated domain names and shotty web design.

I did however run across Scour. I am assuming this means Scour the web.

To be honest it is not a bad search engine, it combs all three major browser and delivers the results.

You earn points for each search and after accumulating 25,000 points you earn $100.

Of course this comes out to be about 1 search every other minute every day (including sleeping time) but its something.

Let me know what you think about Scour. If anything it is nice to have all three browsers on one page.

I have been really in to looking at free advertising programs to draw traffic to my websites and other cash making programs.

Basically, so far I have discovered that absolutely free advertising falls in to two categories:

1) Ad Surfing

2) Ad Trading

Even if you are not interested in the income making potential of website / ad surfing programs. You can stil enjoy the benefits of free advertising. To be honest I try to keep the advertising as my focus and if I make a few bucks GREAT!

The important thing here is to not worry about your earnings. That costs money. There are ways in each program to run your websites and ads without spending a dime!

Ad Trading Programs

Another way to get free traffic and advertising is to use Ad Trading Programs. Most of the are not compatible with Google Adsense but as most of you know, once you start affiliate marketing, who care about Google Adsense.

So I stumbled across an interesting Paid to Click site the other day.

It pays $1.00 or more a click!

I have no definitive data on it yet. But I did test its support system. The owner seemed very confident in the site. It is obviously profitable enought for him the fend off my fake attempts to buy it.

Support was answered within a week.

The site is 1dollarPTC.com. 

Its minium cashout is $5,000 USD.

Sounds interesting right? I am about halfway to $5,000. Thanks to the great referral program, GetRef.com.

It makes sense, if I Paid to Click is an honest site, its business plan should work. So if you are gong to do this at 1 cent then you can do it at $1.

Earn.nu is a differnt type of Pay to Click site.

It has many innovative features that are different from Neobux and Bux.to

You are able to contact your downline very easily. You can trade money with your downlline.

You can convert your account balance into ads.

I will not say the program is a scam but it is very very poorly run.

If you look at their support forums you will see countless threads unanswered.

You will see referrals that have been paid for and not recieved.

Recently, they made an offer. If you converted part of your account balance to advertisement (100 clicks at least) then you would recieve one referral.

I personally took them up on this. I saw when my ad was approved. I watched my click count increase as my ad was being shown.

The next day, NO REFERRAL. When I asked on the forum they said “oh look your ad hasn’t been approved yet”. I look back at my Ad Tracker and sure enough there is sat, with 0 clicks used.

I was like WHAT!

My ad still has not ran. It just sites there. Nothing wrong with the ad. It is simply an ad for AdPackNetwork.

Even after several support request nothing.

So I will not say Earn.nu is a scam, but there are much better places you could waste your time.

Neobux is the best run PTC on the internet. Hands down. No comparison as of yet.

If you know of another PTC that runs this well, by all means share it.

That being said, here is

The Quick Beginners Guild to Neobux

1. Sign up at Neobux.com

You will begin Neobux as a standard member.  Standard members are paid $0.01 for any clicks they make, and $0.005 for any click a referral makes.

2. Click all available ads daily. 

It has been my experience that standard members get about 5 ads daily. Most ads appear about 4:40 daily but because of Neobux’s popularity you will see one or two ads appear about every hour or so.

3. You will make most of your money due to referrals.

As will almost all PTC programs or Bux programs, your revenue will depend on referrals. At Neobux you can get referrals one of two ways. Either you can refer someone directly that you know or clicks on your referral link and sign up or you can rent referrals from Neobux.

Renting referrals is what make Neobux so innovative (and at the same time has given it some trouble). You can rent referrals in packs: Standard members pay $.30 per refferal so you can see a 10 pack of referrals will cost you $3.00 and a 100 pack would be $30 dollars. These prices go down when you become Golden, but DO NOT GO GOLDEN YET. You can rent referrals every 7 days.

Renting referrals is significantly more difficult when you are a Golden member. Golden members get paid more per click and referrals cost less but the referrals stock runs out quickly. Golden member can only buy referrals at two set times a day.

4. Fund your account to rent referrals.

Using either Paypal or Alertpay, transfer funds into your rental balance. If you are not on your account page , click your linked username at the top right of the screen just below the horizontal menu.

In the right column of your screen you will see several green rectangles (green if active, grey if inactive). Click the one say Rent Referrals, then pick the size pack you want (remember you had to put money into your rental balance)

Now you will have some referrals clicking for you.

Rented referrals run out in 30 days. You can see your rented referrals activity by clicking the referrals link on the left vertical menu and then clicking the rented referrals icon located just below the top horizontal menu on the right.

If a rented referral is not performing after 3 days, you need to recycle them.

4. Do Not Go Golden Too Soon

Be as patient as you can and collect as many as you can before going Golden. It may take longer to get a good daily income but it will be well worth the wait. Trust Me.

5. Try to get some direct referrals.

Blog or do forum post with signatures link using your referral link. You can find your referral link by clicking the banners link in the lefthand vertical menu.

Another great place to get direct referrals is GetRef.com.
